I’ve been using Chrome for longer than I can keep track of, but it does continue to get better for developers, regardless of any (ahem: video) decisions that are made by Google going forward.
One of the main reasons I like Chrome so much is that it’s based on WebKit, and with WebKit comes Developer Tools. Chrome though, includes a much more up-to-date version of the Developer Tools as compared to Safari, which consistently keeps me using Chrome.
If you’re not familiar with WebKit’s Developer Tools, it’s the equivalent to Firefox + Firebug, more or less, except way prettier.
I picked up a couple of things I’m not currently using in Chrome’s Developer Tools, you might too.
