CSS text-transform updated for the Dutch language!.

Localization is often something that flies under our radar, I think. It’s somewhat rare that our projects have any sort of translation requirements, but when they do we often panic. I know it’s always the last thing I think about when building WordPress Plugins, but localization is essential in that space.

One thing I hadn’t taken into consideration, was the effect the styles we can apply to text may have on localization as well. It sounds like there are some cases where things get interesting quick. This article covers just one application of the text-transform property having an undesired (but soon to be resolved) effect on Dutch digraphs.
