Design isn’t a process limited to designers, at least not in most cases. In my time as a developer on projects I’ve run the spectrum of personalities to work with. As with everything I go on and on about I’ve concluded that it comes down to a process. The process needs to be clear and everyone needs to be on the same page (and on board) with it’s implementation.
When communication breaks down things can go haywire and before you know it you’ve become the living dead ravaging the earth for brainsssss.
