Full disclosure: I am on the Pods development team but will not be accepting proceeds from donation collection at this time.
I talk about Pods a lot, I stand behind it fully as an essential WordPress plugin I use on nearly every project. I use it for client work which in turn helps keep a roof over the heads of my wife and I. When I first began using it, I wanted to give back in some way. I thought some nice tutorials would help expose it and give it some well deserved attention. Fast forward a few months and I’m now on the dev team, and the team (especially Scott Clark) is putting even more of his blood sweat and tears into version 2.0.
Pods 2.0 is going to be huge. Seriously. We’ve got a lot cooking on the stove so we’re going to begin a push for donations to help the roadmap stay on track so that we can get 2.0 out the door as soon as possible.
If you use Pods for client work, the project will sincerely appreciate your donation. Proceeds will be used to cover costs involved in the production related to Pods as well as support efforts. Thanks so much in advance.
