Logins without logins. – Ideon Open Ideas.

This is a really intriguing idea to me, but something doesn’t settle right. I’m sure it’s the “get off my lawn” in me but the possibilities for exploiting systems like this seem much more impactful when compared to the registration/username/password/login process we’re all very used to. While I do find it tedious, and I’ve got over 1,000 stored logins in 1Password, apps like that have made account management for me personally even more secure and less of a hassle. While it’s possible that I’ve inherently exposed myself to the very exploit I expressed worry about, I understand that the only one being exploited is me. I guess I’ve got some underlying paranoia about these types of things, but I love that people are thinking about new approaches to account management.
