We’re interested in the way other people work. I’m not sure how closely my inspirations align with everyone else’s but I do know that more often than not the average developer or designer is interested in how their colleagues work.
Personally I’m interested in the tools, the process, and how much context is offered surrounding the choices that were made. Gene has done his due diligence.
