Support Details | Tech Support Management.

I have forgotten this bookmark too many times, so I’m posting it here not only to help me remember when the time comes, but also to show you this really helpful tool when it comes to client work.

Support Details is a nifty little utility website that you can send your clients to when they’re reporting bugs with little to no accuracy. When the page loads, it grabs all of the client-specific data that might help you diagnose the bug at hand by using the unique environment combination required to trigger it.

It’s very difficult to walk a client through obtaining all of this information through browser menus or system commands, so Support Details grabs the information and lets your client email it straight to you in a single step.
