I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately. Thinking about how we can’t overlook the impact a Retina computer display will have on our lives. Not only lives of designers and developers, but users as well. This is a big deal.
I don’t mean to make things sound so dramatic, but this hardware change is fundamental. Web design (and subsequently front end development) is undergoing a huge shift as of the release of this hardware, and it’s going to leave a lasting impact as we all take the time to adjust.
