If you haven’t caught a glimpse of the awesome story that is the life of The Shape of Design by Frank Chimero, I highly encourage you to check out the site. It’s only the tip of the iceberg in displaying just how much effort went into the publication. Beyond that, with this new site Frank has included the book for free to read online. Impressive.
I backed the project on Kickstarter and read through the print version the day after it came in the mail. I haven’t had the guts to review it yet though.
