While the headline may come off as a bit grandiose, I completely understand where he’s coming from when abstracting it to the client work I’ve been doing for the past year as well as co-running a new company. The list very much resonated with my reasons for starting Iron to Iron and implementing the work processes we have.
Being smaller and new means things are going to move faster and people are going to be more excited, plain and simple. I’ve done the agency thing and although I’ve just started off on my own, the completion rate for projects between the two is vastly different. That’s a result both on our side as well as the clients we’ve chosen to work with. It’s wicked awesome.
